What is a modular home?

A modular home is built, section-by-section, in a factory setting according to the International Residential Code (IRC), which requires compliance with all state and local Orlando building regulations.

When a modular home has been fully fabricated, the sections are then transported to the Orlando building site,  and assembled on a permanent poured home foundation.

The modular home building process gives Orlando home buyers a low risk alternative to obtaining their dream home, while also potentially saving thousands of dollars. You can view some of our available modular homes in the Orlando area by clicking here.
